ShireCon 2025 Tournament Entry Fees

Payment can be made only by PayPal (using a PayPal account or credit/debit card). Ensure you use your Registration Code is included in any correspondence regarding payments so we can identify who you are.

Please note that when registering, your email address will be forwarded to the relevant Tournament Organiser. We do this so that they can contact you with important updates and new information that is relevant to your registration and tournament. If you do not want your email address to be supplied to the Tournament Organiser then please contact the ShireCon Organiser.

Please note that if insufficient entries for a tournament have been received prior to the ShireCon start date, the tournament may be subject to cancellation.

Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration and ask for a refund you can do so by contacting ShireCon Organiser up until Friday 18th April (two weeks out from the event).
From this point on a refund will be made but minus any prize support included in the registration fee and any costs that we have incurred in the way of Paypal charges, venue and equipment hire.
You can of course transfer your registration across to another without loss, as you are reimbursed by the other person.
